Data Deletion Instructions

At Swytch Elevate CRM, we respect your privacy and your right to control your data. This page explains how users can delete their personal information and any connected social media data from our platform.

Option 1: Delete Your Account from Within the App

If you have a Swytch Elevate CRM account, you can permanently delete your data directly from within the app:

  1. Log in to your account at https://swytchelevate.com
  2. Go to Account Settings → Delete Account
  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Once confirmed, your account and all associated data — including CRM contacts, connected social integrations (e.g., Facebook Pages), and stored tokens — will be permanently deleted from our servers within 7–30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

Option 2: Delete Through Facebook

If you connected your Facebook account to Swytch Elevate CRM, you can also remove the connection from within Facebook:

  1. Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations
  2. Locate Swytch Elevate CRM in your connected apps list
  3. Click Remove and select the option to "Delete all activities"

When removed, Facebook sends a signal to our system to delete all associated Facebook-related data within 30 days.

Option 3: Request Manual Data Deletion

If you cannot access your account, you can request deletion manually by emailing us at:

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your account
  • "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line

We will verify your identity and complete deletion of your user account and related data within 7–30 days.

Data Removed Upon Deletion

When an account or integration is deleted, the following data is permanently erased:

  • User account information (name, email, organization)
  • CRM contact records and activity data associated with your account
  • Access tokens and connections to social accounts (e.g., Facebook Pages)
  • Log and analytics data tied to your account

Retention for Legal Purposes

Minimal non-personal data (such as transaction records or invoices) may be retained where legally required, but no personal or Facebook-related data will remain.
